"The YL: SCALE UP program focuses on the outscaling of Bhoochetana Principles, the adoption of which was first implemented in 2014-2017. The program will be integrating the Yamang Lupa Program principles and soil rejuvenation practives, yield enhancing and cost reducing technologies, among other interventions to contribute in uplifting the quality of lives of the farmers.

Farmers cooperatives and associations and individual farmers across the country shall be the primary beneficiaries, as well as conduits for technology transfer. The program (eg. policy recommendations) will be beneficial to all partner agencies and other collaborators, researchers, extension workers, local government units."
