CPAR Operational Manual |
This is a 28-page booklet containing the operationalization of the Community-based Participatory Action Research (CPAR). Specifically it contains: Overview, Goals and Objectives, Guidelines, Process Flow of CPAR, and Management of CPAR Projects. CPAR is designed and implemented nationwide through RIARCs with the active participation of the farmers in the community in coordination with scientists, researchers, extensionists, and other experts in the fields of agriculture and fisheries. |
CRGM Manual |
This is manual serves as a facilitating tool and a guide for project proponents as well as evaluators of R&D projects. It consists of three sections: a brief overview of BAR; discussion on the national RDE agenda and program for agriculture and fisheries; and RDE grant system implementing guidelines. Through this publication, BAR hopes to strengthen the system of coordination and monitoring and evaluation of research projects to avoid duplication and waste of resources. |
Manual on Fresh & Processed Vegetables Certification |
This manual is a component of the project conducted by the Philippine Department of the Agriculture - Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR) in collaboration with the United Nations- Centre for the Alleviation of Poverty through Secondary Crops' Development in Asia and the Pacific (UN-CAPSA). Users of this resource material are given a brief orientation and guided on the rationale, legal basis, procedures on Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and organic agriculture certification, requirements, issues, as well as policy, responsibility, product certification, and programs in the Philippines. |
