The Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) once again joined in staging the 9th Philippine Food Expo, sponsored by the Philippine Food Processors and Exporters Organization (Philfoodex), Inc.

DA Undersecretary Salvador Salacup delivers the message in behalf of Sec. Arthur C. Yap at the opening ceremonies. Yap, along with DTI Sec. Peter Favila, is the special guest of honor of the event.

The ceremonial ribbon cutting is spearheaded by Philfoodex President Roberto Amores. Also present are key officials from the Dept. of Agriculture, Dept. of Trade and Indsutry, Philfoodex, Philexport, Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industries, and other stakeholders.
