Now on its 24th year, the Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) holds the National Research Symposium (NRS) to highlight the significance of the agriculture and fisheries sector as a driving force towards the nation’s economic growth. This year’s theme, “Responsive R&D Excellence towards Food Security and Growth in Agriculture and Fisheries,” focuses on researches and innovations that will help the country attain food security.
