The three-floor building of the Research and Development Management Information Center (RDMIC) houses the office of the Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) and the knowledge center of the agriculture and fisheries R&D. It is located at right side of the Visayas Avenue adjacent to the building of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM).
