Functions

Operationally, BAR is headed by a director whose duty is to provide direction on agriculture and fisheries R&D programs of the National Research and Development Systems for Agriculture and Fisheries (NaRDSAF). The director oversees the coordination of national and regional programs including bilateral and multilateral assistance programs in partnership with different local and international organizations.
